Event Details

By utilizing our spacious campus we’ve found a fun, safe way for our community to celebrate Halloween. Community volunteers sign-up to host a trunk, decorate their vehicle in an approved theme and greet NMIS community members with donated treats. Many generous community members donate candy, small toys, and other treats for the event. Normally, in an attempt to raise funds there are also various stations to participate in games and crafts, concessions are available for purchase and raffle items are available - we are still exploring exactly what this year's event will look like.

Volunteering

Planning for Trunk-or-Treat on Saturday October 22nd is ramping up and we have a few spots where we could use some additional help. We’re looking to borrow some coolers and tents (each spot filled=½ hour to your volunteer requirement!). We also need more volunteers for the day-of to help make the event go smoothly.
